Nominations to be submitted by 7 p.m. Tuesday each week.

Marshalling will commence at 5:30 p.m. from 21 January.
Competition will commence shortly after 5:30 p.m.

R.S.V.Ps for Trophy Presentation Night are to be returned with money by
Saturday, 20 March(Club Championships)

ANNUAL CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

The annual club championship will be held on Saturday, 20 March 2010. 
This is open to all swimmers provided that they are fully financial and that they also meet the championship qualifying criteria

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO SWIM CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA MUST BE MET:

• ALL SWIMMERS MUST HAVE SWUM A MINIMUM OF 12 CLUB NIGHT SWIMS
• IF JOINED AFTER THE XMAS BREAK A MINIMUM OF 6 CLUB NIGHT SWIMS MUST BE SWUM
• ALL PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSIST THE CLUB IN DUTIES ON CLUB NIGHTS INCLUDING TIME KEEPING, CANTEEN, MARSHALLING OR OTHER DUTIES WHERE REQUIRED. A MINIMUM OF 10 NIGHTS PER FAMILY IS REQUIRED FOR ELIGIBILITY
• EXEMPTION MAY BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMMITTEE. TO APPLY FOR AN EXEMPTION, A WRITTEN SUBMISSION MUST BE LODGED NO LATER THAN THE 26^TH FEBRUARY 2010
• A WRITTEN SUBMISSION MUST BE LODGED NO LATER THAN THE 26 FEBRUARY 2010 WITH THE SECRETARY:
