FEES 2009 /10: Fees for 2009 /10 season. These membership fees are payable at the pool office. Training fees are payable to the college.
To become a member, the following forms are to be completed and returned to the pool office with membership payment: enrolment form, consent form and Swimming Queensland Membership form
ENROLMENT FORM: Complete and return to the pool office
CONSENT FORM: Please complete this form to signify your permission or otherwise for publication of your child's name and image
SWIMMING QUEENSLAND MEMBERSHIP FORM: Use this form to become a member of Swimming Queensland
DIRECT DEBIT FORM: Return with enrolment form for processing by the College if choosing to pay training fees by direct debit
CLUB NIGHT NOMINATION FORM: Complete for club night nominations and return to the nominations box at the pool (nominations can also be processed using the online form)
MEET NOMINATION FORM: Complete for upcoming meet nominations and return to the nomination's box at the pool
SC SAINTS UNIFORM ORDER FORM: Use to order club uniforms
SCSAINTS SWIM CAP ORDER FORM: Use to order club caps
